As a Transaction Coordinator, I’m responsible for compiling and organizing all documentation related to the buying or selling of real property. I create and maintain compliant Broker files, and my goal is to help agents optimize their time by handling the paperwork—so they can focus on building their business and closing more deals.

- Reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance
- Ensuring all transactions meet compliance standards
- Acting as a liaison between buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth communication
