  • "How do I connect my computer/laptop to the printer?"

    Please see your director of first impressions.

  • “Where can I find my mailbox?”

    • For the Green Valley office (MC 98 and 619)

    - 619 agents - you will find your mailboxes located down the hall right by the MCA's office.

    - 98 agents - you will find your mailboxes located in the B/W cabinet behind the Marketplace partner wall.


    • For the Summerlin office (MC 34 and 867),  you will find your mailbox located next to Vera's office in the grey filing cabinet. Mailboxes are filed alphabetically by last name.
  • “Where do I put my outgoing mail?”

    • For the Summerlin office (MC 34 and 867),  please place your outgoing mail in the black metal basket at the end of the front desk.

    • For the Green Valley office (MC 98 and 619), please put your outgoing mail in the black mailbox located up at the front desk.
  • “I forgot my copy code”

    • For the Summerlin office (MC 34 and 867), your copy code is the last 4 of your social with the 1st number repeated twice at the beginning (Example: 1234 = 11234)

    • For the Green Valley office (MC 98 and 619),  your copy code is the last 5 numbers of your social.
  • “How do I book a conference room?”

    The conference rooms are first come first serve for client meetings.

    If you are not physically in the office, please reserve one of the conference rooms by calling or emailing your front desk. Staff does not monitor reservations on the weekends and after hours.

  • "When does my license expire?"

  • "What are the requirements for my business cards?"

    It should state: 

    - Your name

    - Your Brokerage name (prominently)

    - Your phone number

    - Your real estate license number 

    - The fair housing logo


    Note: Before you order them, you need to get your broker's approval to make sure you are compliant.

  • “Can I rent an office in the Henderson location if my license hangs in the Summerlin location?"

    Yes, this is possible. Please reach out to your team leader to discuss. Reminder that agents in the market center you are wanting space in would take precedence.

  • "Can I join a team in the Summerlin office if my license hangs in the Henderson office?"?

    You are able to join a team that is in the same market center as you, for example if you are an agent with market center 867 you are able to join a 867 team. If you are interested in joining a team from any other market center, please see your team leader to discuss your options.

  • "I just had a closing. How do I get paid?"

    1. If your commission is getting wired, make sure the title company has verified wire instructions with your MCA and emailed the closing packet. If you are receiving your commission via check, make sure the title company has delivered the check and closing packet to your market center.

    2. Make sure that you have uploaded all the transaction docs to the opportunity in Command and that the file has been approved by your broker. 

    3. The next step would be to make sure that you have provided your current bank info to your MCA.

    4. Finally, make sure that you approve the final DA that is sent to you by your MCA within 24 hours.

  • “Who should I send my transactional forms/docs to for signature?”

    On 100% of every transactional document that is used in your real estate transactions, Buck Hujabre will be listed on every form. It does not matter what market center you are in or which office location you are in. Buck Hujabre is who you list as the broker.


    When you prepare these documents in DocuSign, there is a minor difference between office locations:


    • For the Green Valley office (MC 98 and 619), in the name block you will write "Clyde Matt on behalf of Buck Hujabre". In the email block you will put Clyde Matt's email address which is broker@lasvegaskw.com

    • For the Summerlin office (MC 34 and 867),  in the name block you will write "Vera Comport on behalf of Buck Hujabre". In the email block you will put Vera Comport's email address which is brokersummerlin@gmail.com
  • “My opportunity got rejected, who do I speak to about that?”

    • For the Green Valley office (MC 98 and 619), reach out to your broker Clyde Matt.

    • For the Summerlin office (MC 34 and 867),  reach out to your broker Vera Comport.
  • "When can I expect to get paid?"

    The date you can expect payment in your account depends on a few variables. If the market center has received your commission together with the closing packet AND your opportunity in Command has been approved by broker, it should normally take 48 hours (2 business days) for you to see the payment in your bank account. This will however vary depending on time, day and weekends/holidays.
