Monthly BillingList Item 1
Monthly Invoices are sent on the 5th (or next businss day) of the month. Bills are colelcted on the 15th of each month. KWMP accepts checks, visa or mastercard.
Associates can update payment information with any staff member.
KWMP Staff will NOT accept cash.

How Do I Get Paid?List Item 2
Timeline: Commission received by KWMP before 11:00am will be sent ACH the next business day after 4:00pm and if received after 11:00am, payments will be sent ACH after 4:00pm on the second business day; procided the the file is approved by the broker and DA is approved by the agent.

File completed in Command Opportunities approved by broker
Submitted Offers & Comissions tabs
Disbersement Authorization (DA) sent to agent for approval
DA approved
ACH issued

Opening an LLCList Item 3
When opening an LLC per Nevada Law your LLC must be under the name on your license.
Example: License name: John Doe - LLC Name: John Doe, LLC
KWMP will need an updated W9, LLC articles from the IRS, and copies of your business licenses. You will need to add LLC status to your license with the real estate division. Ask staff for the form to do so.

Private Office Space RentalsList Item 4
When renting a private office with KWMP please contact your MCA or DOO to obtain the rental agreement. Once Lease Agreement has been signed and deposit and 1st month have been collected, the keys will be yours!

KWMP is a paperless office. All forms can be found in Transaction Desk.

Conference Rooms | Training Room Reservations
Conference Rooms:
Conference rooms are bookable Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with the front desk. After hours and weekends, conference rooms are on a first come, first serve basis.
Training Room:
The training rooms are reservable. All KWMP classes will take proprioty. If you are waning to book the training room please contact Kim Wilkinson.

Brokers
Signatures: Always list JC Melvin as your broker. Send all documents to your manging broker for signatures (they will sign on JC's behalf). When sending documents for signature make sure your broker is always the LAST one to sign after you, clicents or other agents.
Availabilty: Our brokers are available to you during and after business hours and on weekends. Contact your brokers via cell phone if you have an a question after business hours.
