As the DOFI, I handle all front desk duties, including answering phones and assisting agents and guests when they come into the office. I also manage conference and training room reservations, as well as key fob and copier setup and assistance. My goal is to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently so that you can focus on what matters most.
